Mechanical Engineering Department

Mechanical engineering is a branch of engineering that deals with the design, construction, and operation of devices and machines. Mechanical engineering plays a significant role in increasing life safety, improving the overall quality of life, and creating economic vitality. It can be said that mechanical engineering is the broadest engineering discipline in terms of the scope of activities and applications. The Department of Mechanics of Zabol University was established in February 2002 by recruiting students in the Associate Degree in Mechanics with a focus on machinery, and since then, it has been accepting students in this field every year in the February semester. This department started accepting students in the non-continuous bachelor's degree in manufacturing and production in February 2006 and in the continuous bachelor's degree in mechanics in 2008. The number of graduates in each course has been approximately 60, and a significant percentage of the graduates of this department have been accepted in higher degrees.
