By order of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, the rector of Zabol University was appointed.

The Minister of Science, Research and Technology issued a decree appointing Dr. Mohammad Rakuei as the "Superintendent of Zabol University".

According to the Zabol University Public Relations report, Mohammad Ali Zulfigol stated in the appointment decree addressed to Mohammad Rakuei: It is expected that by relying on God Almighty and seeking help from the Imams (AS), and by following Islamic teachings, scientific foundations, revolutionary spirit, basic strategies of the people's government and programs presented to the Islamic Consultative Assembly, and by attracting the cooperation of professors, administrators, scientific assistants (staff) and students, you will use all the material and spiritual facilities of the university, including the huge capacity of donors and endowments, to realize the policies and programs of the upstream documents, authority and scientific diplomacy, comprehensive development of science and technology, research-oriented education, education-oriented research, skill development, entrepreneurship, building a culture of teamwork and group work, and ultimately implementing all the axes of the Islamic University document.

Mohammad Rakuei, born in 1976, graduated from the Department of Agriculture with a specialization in Animal Breeding, is a faculty member of Zabol University with the academic rank of Professor. He has a history of serving as the Vice President for Administration, Finance, and Education at Zabol University, as well as the Vice President for Administration, Finance, and Resource Management at the National School Renovation Organization.

This university professor has more than 120 scientific articles published in national and international journals.

The Minister of Science, Research, and Technology also expressed his appreciation for the services and efforts of Dr. Afrasiab, former president of Zabol University, during his tenure in this position.
