Ceremony to honor the university's top researchers and technologists in 1403

The ceremony to introduce and honor the university's research winners in 1403 was held at the end of the Research and Technology Week in the presence of the respected Friday Imam of Zabol, Hojjatoleslam and Muslimin Pourandokth, the university's board of directors, faculty members, students, and a group of Zabol University staff. During this ceremony, the university's top researchers and technologists were honored, and the university's selected journals and books and the top booths of the Research and Technology Week exhibition were also introduced and appreciated.
In this ceremony, Dr. Mehdi Moatekafi, a graduate of the Department of Agriculture in the specialized PhD program, was awarded as the student's selected researcher, Eng. Afsaneh Bahkard, an expert in the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, as the staff's selected researcher in the theoretical sciences category, Eng. Hamideh Khajeh, an expert in the Biotechnology Research Institute, as the staff's selected researcher in the experimental sciences category, Dr. Abdolbaset Arab Yousefabadi, associate professor of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature, as the first-class selected researcher of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities, Dr. Elham Ghasemi, assistant professor of the Department of Sports Sciences, as the second-class selected researcher of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities, Dr. Jamshid Piri, assistant professor of the Department of Water Engineering, as the selected researcher of the Faculty of Water and Soil Sciences, Dr. Mehran Mehri, professor of the Department of Animal Sciences, as the selected researcher of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Sciences, Dr. Somayeh Shahraki, associate professor of the Department of Chemistry, as the selected researcher of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, Dr. Majid Erfanian, associate professor of the Department of Mathematics, as the second-class selected researcher of the Faculty of Basic Sciences, Dr. Alireza Hosseinpour, assistant professor of the Department of Electrical Engineering, as the selected researcher of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Dr. Hamid Karimi, Associate Professor of the Department of Agricultural Extension and Education, was honored as the Distinguished Researcher of the Faculty of Agriculture in the Theoretical Sciences category, Dr. Mehdi Dehardeh, Associate Professor of the Department of Agriculture, was honored as the Distinguished Researcher of the Faculty of Agriculture in the Experimental Sciences category, Dr. Reza Dehmardeh Behrouz, Associate Professor of the Department of Environment, was honored as the Distinguished Researcher of the Faculty of Natural Resources, and Dr. Jamshid Voldan, Associate Professor of the Department of Architecture, was honored as the Distinguished Researcher of the Faculty of Arts and Architecture.
Dr. Abbas Rahdar, Associate Professor of the Department of Physics, who has collaborated with researchers from 20 different countries in his articles over the past year, was honored as the University's Top Researcher in the Scientific Diplomacy category. Dr. Reza Naseri, Associate Professor of the Department of Archaeology, was also honored as the University's Top Researcher in the Community Relations category (the highest number of external project contracts in a one-year period), and Dr. Malihe Erfani, Associate Professor of the Department of Environment, was honored as the University's Top Researcher in the Community Relations category (the highest number of external project contracts in a three-year period).
Dr. Behrouz Kashtegar, Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering, and Dr. Ehsan Ahmadifar, Associate Professor of the Department of Fisheries, were honored for their re-inclusion in the list of “Top 1% Highly Cited Iranian Researchers in the World.” Also, Dr. Reza Naseri and Dr. Hein Sarhadi Dadian, Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of the “Journal of Sistan and Baluchistan Studies” were honored as the university’s top scientific and research journal due to its indexing in the prestigious Scopus database. In addition, Dr. Behrouz Kashtegar and Dr. Reza Naseri were honored as the university’s top book for publishing an international book in a prestigious and specialized publishing house (Springer Cham and Antilia).
In the Top Technologists section, Dr. Elham Kalbali, CEO of Havin Innovative Consulting Engineers Company, was honored as the top technology company (in the regional field), Dr. Alameh Shahraki, CEO of Shimi Saramd Mandegar Company, was honored as the top technology company (in the international field), Ms. Sodabeh Nouri, CEO of Diaco Practice and Skill Club, was honored as the top technology company (in the field of social impact), and Ms. Faegeh Sarani, Head of Faegeh Stop Motion Technology Core, was honored as the top technology core. It is worth noting that these companies are located in the Technology Unit Growth Center and the University Innovation and Technology Center. Also, Dr. Ehsan Ahmadifar, Associate Professor of the Fisheries Department, was honored as the University's Distinguished Researcher in the Experimental Sciences category, and Dr. Abbas Rahdar, Associate Professor of the Physics Department, was honored as the University's Distinguished Researcher in the Theoretical Sciences category. Finally, the top four booths participating in this year's Research Week exhibition were honored in the following categories: Best booth in terms of presenting research achievements (Faculty of Water and Soil Science booth), Best booth in terms of presentation and layout quality (Faculty of Art and Architecture booth), Best booth from the visitors' perspective (Biotechnology Research Institute booth), and Best Guest Booth (Student Research Institute booth).
