The second talent identification festival from school and neighboring community was held in Zabol University.

The closing ceremony of the second talent identification festival from school and neighborhoods to the community was held at Zabol University International Conference Hall, honoring 100 people in poetry, fiction, music and drama, as well as veterans of Sistan's culture and art.

This ceremony was accompanied by the enthusiastic reception of the people of Sistan with the presence of the social and political deputy of the governor of Sistan and Baluchistan, the general director of culture and Islamic guidance of the province, the special governor of Zabol city, a group of administrators of the Sistan region, the honorable president of the university and members of the board of directors, members of the board Scientific and students were held.

The second talent identification festival from the school and neighborhoods to the community was held with the aim of finding and refining the first and second high school students of the Sistan district in the five cities of Zabol, Zahak, Hirmand, Hamon and Nimroz in the four areas of poetry, fiction, music and drama. This festival conducted talent identification at 5 levels in schools (54 schools) and neighborhoods (15 neighborhoods) of Sistan. After the formation of specialized committees with the help of Azad Sarw Sistan Poetry and Literature Association, Arnawaz Story Writing Association, Music Association, Zabol Theater Association, Zabol University and under the supervision of the Wind Land Cultural and Art Institute of Sistan and Baluchistan, the steps and forms of the design requirement was decided by the scientific committee of the festival.

The first level of the festival was held in schools and neighborhoods (mosques) of Sistan district and with the presence of the executive team, and 8250 students participated in this level. After judging the works, the second level of the festival was held with the participation of 5100 students (poetry: 1100 people, story: 2150 people, drama: 1250 people and music: 600 people) after holding specialized workshops by the scientific committee. The third level, like the second level, was conducted after the judging of the previous level with the presence of 2150 students (poetry: 450 people, story: 790 people, drama: 660 and music: 250 people) and after holding specialized educational workshops. The fourth level was held with 200 selected academics (50 people in each axis) and after the final judging in each axis, 25 selected people were selected by the specialized scientific committee of each section and introduced to the festival secretariat.
